As a family-oriented digital marketing agency, we continue to strive for work-life balance. As much as we care for the welfare of our employees, we also find time to reach out to their families–the significant support group that inspires them to do better as professionals.

A Family-Themed Summer Break for Our SEO Team

Just like our previous company outings, we put great effort into finding a venue that can provide us the luxury, comfort, and convenience we deserve.

This year we have chosen a private resort in Calamba, Laguna which is just a stone’s throw away from the Metro.

It is a cozy venue in a private subdivision that is just perfect for our team and their loved ones. It has everything we needed for a day of fun and relaxation including a game room, dining hall, air conditioned bedrooms, videoke machine, barbecue area and a nice swimming pool!

But what’s really worth looking back into is the bond that we made with everyone. This allowed us to create personal connections with the significant people in the lives of our dear digital marketing employees.

Food, Games and Prizes!

Of course, GrowthScout summer getaways won’t be complete without food and activities. The dining table was filled with homecooked foods and snacks for everyone to share.

One of the highlights of the day is our yearly “Palarong Pambansa” courtesy of our CEO which always gives everyone on the team something to look forward to. With family members joining the games, it has become twice fun, exciting, and memorable!

Several games were played throughout the day, including Swimming Relay, Treasure Hunt, and Invisible Bottle which unleashed the competitive spirit in everyone!
